In 1999
the Creperie ALMYRO – GLYKO (sweet – savoury) was
created in the country’s capital, based on an innovative
idea. Initially the business started out as a purely
family company, with a staff of two. However, in the
passage of time, the hard work, love and care of these
two people were enough to develop this unique store into
a dynamic business, which thanks to its steady steps
forward managed to establish itself in the world of
flavours. Its aim and unfailing desire was to satisfy
the fans of crepes, and it entered in the world of
gastronomy trying to fill the void that existed in the
field of pleasurable tastes.
And while the first Creperie, always with the same
fervour tries to satisfy all gustatory preferences,
either sweet or savoury, only operated for a few hours
in the evening, however the public’s demands imposed its
all-day operation, so that at any time of the day, at
any hour, each person can find the gustative pleasure he
or she is seeking. |

However, the
operation of a single shop was not enough to meet the needs of
the consuming public, because its well-organised and mainly the
quality services offered to the public increased demand. Thus,
the direct response of the public led to the expansion and the
operation of new branches, so each house, each office and each
location could be served and could enjoy the unique flavours
with the same care and the same interest.
This business faithfully follows the strategy of correct
organization and efficiency, based on the purity, the variance
and the uniqueness of its products. In this atmosphere of
organisation and maximum quality, remarkable and noteworthy are
the friendly atmosphere and pleasant environment, where the
customer can receive not only his gustatory but also his moral
satisfaction and reward.
The customer is the proof and the necessary ingredient of our
success. Due to the direct response and satisfaction of the
customer’s demands, the business is mobilized and deals with the
challenges and aspirations imposed by the consumer with
increasing success.
We believe that the best judge who can evaluate our work is
definitely the customer himself. The customer’s opinion and
perception are the main motives for our course, because only the
customer can appreciate the quality, the “human” service and the
cleanliness. For this reason we do not stand indifferent and we
do not underestimate even the most unique opinion. On the one
hand our team effort is to offer the best possible services to
each person and on the other hand the consistency of our work in
this field arises from the opinion and choice of each customer.
